The guidelines have been released to make access to justice systems easier for them
The guidelines include:
- No one shall be denied access to justice based on disability
- Persons with disabilities shall have right to accommodations
- They have rights to file a complaint or initiate legal proceedings concerned to human rights violations and crimes
