Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is the regulator of the securities and commodity market in India

It is planning to set up a virtual museum of the securities market to highlight achievements and milestones in the Indian capital market.

The museum will be a visual online organised collection of history of evolution, achievements and milestones in the Indian securities market over the decades in terms of market infrastructure, regulation and enforcement, among others.

Sashidhar Jagdishan will be the chief executive and managing director of HDFC Bank

He will be succeeding Aditya Puri as the CMD, who had been associated with the bank for more than two decades.

Huge blast in Lebanon

A huge blast took place in a port warehouse in Lebanon, killing of 78 people and injury to nearly 4,000.

The cause of the blast is suspected to be improperly stored Ammonium Nitrate.

Ammonium nitrate is an odourless crystalline substance commonly which commonly used as a fertiliser

The Bharat Air Fibre Services will offer local Wireless fast internet connectivity from BSNL locations via local business partners at Akola & Washim district

The services has been introduced by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) 

The initiative is part of Digital India campaign
