The session of UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee, to be held in China’s Fujian Province, has been postponed
The committee is responsible for implementation of the World Heritage Convention, has the final say on whether a property is inscribed on the World Heritage List and overlooks their management

Algerian author Abdelouahab Aissaoui has won the 13th International Prize for Arabic Fiction (IPAF)
The award has been awarded for his book “The Spartan Court”

Renewable Energy Parks to be set up in India
Ministry of Renewable Energy is setting up renewable energy parks in India.
The aim is to manufacture components and materials for renewable energy production.
